THEĀ UPGRADE RETREAT - A DAY OF HEALING
CONNECT WITH WHAT MATTERS MOST.
Learn how to disconnect from the noise around you and tune in to what's happening in your mind, body, and soul. We'll teach you how to:
- Tap into your spiritual gifts through the power of shamanic journey work
- Receive heart opening medicine that activates your third eye and your manifestation gifts
- Finally release the tension, obstacles and resistance of what no longer serves you with seasoned practitioners who hold safe sacred space fo your healing
Itās time to nurture yourself like never before and quantum leap into your new reality.
ORIENTATION & SHARE CIRCLE
Come together with a sacred group of 12 women. We will open the event with sacred sharing and connection time to orient us all into the space and connect our hearts.
ENERGETIC BODY HEALING RELEASE WORK
Our somatic practitioners will guide you on a journey to release tension, stress and distraction within the body so we can ground in and prepare for deep healing work.
INTRODUCTION TO SHAMANIC JOURNEY WORK
Welcome a beautiful introduction to shamanic journey work as you meet your animal spirit guide to travel into the world of shamanic medicine.
PORTAL OPENING
After a short break, we will begin our official cacao and sound healing ceremony with a sacred activation to call in our guides and plant protectors. Connecting to heart centered intention for healing and rooting us into sacred space, we will open up our journey work together.
CEREMONY JOURNEY WORK
Lay down and receive the medicine of the shamanic journey. This will include shamanic chanting, drum activations, sound bowls, feather clearing work, and energy work. We with a guided breath work experience and a sound bath.
INTEGRATION, PLAY, DANCE AND CELEBRATION
After our journey - we invite you to journal, reflect and integrate to some beautiful sacred music. Process what came through in silence, move the body if you desire. Afterwards we will open up an integration circle to share and process what came through, and have a yummy meal to celebrate.
SCHEDULE & LOGISTIC QUESTIONS

- Arrival Time: 12PM EST.Ā We will end around 8PMĀ
- Dinner meal will be gluten free and dairy free. Vegan options will also be available.
- Bring a comfortable blanket, yoga mat, a pillow any sacred items you'd like to be present in the space, and your journal.
- We ask that cell phones are turned off and put away during the entire retreat day.Ā
- Our Breath-work is facilitated by trauma informed practitioners.
- The location is Stony Point New YorkĀ
- Spots are first come first serve basis and are non-refundable.
- If you are flying in we recommend flying into the HPN Westchester NY airport it is 25 minutes away. Newark, NJ airport is about an hour away and accessible via Uber.Ā

We are so passionate about creating these spaces for women because as shamanic practitioners we realized just how powerful every human soul truly is. We wanted to create a safe space for women to heal, journey into their spiritual connections and connect to the power of their intentions for empowerment and that is how the Upgrade Retreat was formed! We believe that the heart holds the blueprint of the Universe and when we look to our hearts, we find our true powers to heal ourselves and become the people we have always wanted to be.

DR. STEPHANIE BURGOS
Dr. Stephanie Burgos (she/her) is a multifaceted healer who blends her deep knowledge of Western medicine with the wisdom of ancient healing traditions. As a Shamanic Healer, ER Physician, Medicine Woman, Embodiment Guide, and Breathwork Facilitator, she believes that true healing occurs when we honor the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is to support others in unlocking their vitality, shedding old patterns, and stepping into their most radiant, authentic selves.
As co-creator of the SolWind Legacy Brand and creator of HealthyERDoc, Dr. Stephanie brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep commitment to each personās journey of self-discovery and healing.

Her plant medicine facilitation work specializes in shamanic sound healing and abundance codes. Jen Casey (she/her) is a brain-based business and mindset coach, an energy healer, and the creator of the CEO PsycheĀ® Brand and the Psyche Coaching Certification.
From marketing and program creation, to coaching and facilitation ā Jen uses the subconscious and energetics, to help her clients to cultivate their gifts, so that they can safely take their clients deeper and facilitate transformational experiences.

SEVEN "TRAVELER OF LIGHT" CASTLEĀ
Seven "traveler of light" Castle (they/them) is a certified Shamanic Practitioner, Somatic Intimacy Coach, and Ceremonialist who works in the earth and cosmic dimensions.

CHAVIEĀ OSTREICHER
Chavie Ostreicher (she/her) is a trauma healing guide trained in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, DARE, and Integrated Energy Therapy. She intuitively blends these modalities with a body-based approach to help women heal deep trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Chavieās own healing journey was profoundly transformed through sitting in ceremony with plant medicine, inspiring her passion for supporting others in this sacred work. She creates nurturing spaces for growth, guiding women to reclaim their vitality and step into a life of balance, purpose, and connection.

MICHELLE ELIZABETH
Michelle Elizabeth (she/her) is an Isis Magdalen Priestess and Multidimensional Trauma Healer. She is trained in Parts Work (IFS), Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy, Timeline (Gestalt) Therapy, and NLP. She blends these modalities with Devotional Arts (Prayer, Ritual, Sound Healing/ Biofield Tuning, Tantra).
Michelle intuitively guides clients into the heart, transforming and liberating their lives through Devotion. She also helps clients connect with, remember, and retrieve lost or forgotten parts of self.Her journey began 12 years ago, when she unlocked her first memory of being a Priestess through a past life regression session. From there, she began learning past life regression hypnotherapy & diving into her spiritual and devotional studies. She has also found her way to the plant medicine path and has been deeply transformed by her work with the plants.
