In this guided ceremonial day retreat experience we are opening up an activation for our highest calling with the medicine of breath, sound, somatics, and spirit.

SUNNY SOLWIND

Head facilitator of Legacy Retreats. 28 years of medicine experience, long standing musician, sound healer, and artist. Fardado in the Santo Daime tradition, studied in Shipibo lineage and the Native American traditions. Facilitating ceremony for 15 years.

DR. STEPHANIE BURGOS

A shamanic practitioner, medicine woman, and medical physician, Stephanie brings the power of breath and body into our space. She is a powerful light codes holder and will be leading our breathwork

LAUREN OF LOVE

An abundance code activator, channel of song and facilitator of emotional trauma healing, Lauren will just be herself and help you do the same.

It’s Time To Upgrade your Embodiment

With one-on-one guidance and the shamanic technology of sound, breath, and plants - we come together to heal as family and become the best versions of ourselves.

SCHEDULE & LOGISTIC QUESTIONS

Arrival Time: 12PM EST. We will end roughly around 5-6PM
This gathering is co-ed and all siblings and soul family are welcome.
There will be no dinner meal provided during our gathering. Please pack any snacks you need
Bring a comfortable blanket, yoga mat, a pillow any sacred items you'd like to be present in the space, and your journal.
We ask that cell phones are turned off and put away during the entire retreat day.
Our Breath-work is facilitated by trauma informed practitioners.
The location is Cornville, AZ
Spots are first come first serve basis and are non-refundable.
If you are flying in we recommend flying into the Phoenix airport and renting a car if needed.

We create a safe space for all souls to heal, journey into their spiritual connections and connect to the power of their intentions for empowerment and that is how the Upgrade Retreat was formed! We believe that the heart holds the blueprint of the Universe and when we look to our hearts, we find our true powers to heal ourselves and become the people we have always wanted to be.
